Individual Cremation - PREMIUM
Upon arrival at Companions Forever, your pet is assigned an
exclusive stainless steel identification disc. This serially
numbered disc will remain with your pet throughout the
process and is returned to you. Your pet is separated from
others in the crematorium by using brick partitions
preventing remains from commingling. Your pets’ remains
including the exclusive ID disc and a lock of hair will be
returned to you in one of our elite, wood
urns. Your pets name will be laser engraved on a metal plate
that is attached to the top of the urn. You will also
receive a personalized Certificate of Cremation suitable for
framing.

Premium Individual Cremation pricing includes custom urn (see optional
Cherrywood Urn on "Photos" page )
with laser engraved name plate, a lock of your pet's hair,
and pick up and return of remains to your Veterinarians
facility.
Individual Cremation - BASIC

Your pet is separated from others in the crematorium by
using brick partitions preventing remains from commingling.
Your pets’ remains including the assigned ID disc will be
returned to you in one of our top quality, resin urns. These
temporary urns are the finest available (see picture on
“Photos” page). This is an affordable option to get an
individual cremation at a LOW PRICE. This option is perfect
for those considering spreading or burying their pets
remains.

Pricing includes free pickup
and delivery to your Veterinarian's facility.
Communal Cremation
Through this method of cremation, your pet will be cremated collectively with other pets. Since
it is impossible to separate remains after this process,
your pet's ashes will not be returned to you. Our service
includes gentle pick-up of your pet at your Veterinarian's facility.
Communal cremation maintains a high level of dignity at a
more modest cost.

21 to 50 lbs. - $50.00
51 to 75 lbs. - $75.00
76 to 99 lbs. - $100.00
100 lbs. or more will be charged at $1 per pound
